I wouldn't say it was fake. It's in the Bible to anoint with oil for healing and some religions like mine use the oil to anoint people for healing. :sunny:

This I also believe I'm not sure about the blood of Jesus part but the bible does say to use oils for anointing the sick

I think it is trying to make you believe that the oil is the blood of jesus which is obvious that it is not :laughing:
