Congratulations on being one of Boudin SF’s Bread Winners at Walnut Creek. You have won Daily Bread for a year—that’s 365 loaves of The Original San Francisco Sourdough™. As one of our “Bread Ambassadors” you are representing more than 160 years of tradition, which began when Isidore Boudin baked our first loaf at the start of the Gold Rush with wild yeast indigenous to San Francisco’s fog-cooled climate.
You will receive 365 breadwinner cards. Because we bake our bread fresh every day (with each loaf taking 72 hours from scratch to finish) we ask that you provide 48 hours’ notice when picking up more than two (2) loaves of bread on any one day.
When I entered I thought that this would be a loaf a week or something like that. This is huge. The family is going to love this.
