BURGER KING - "KING OF ATLANTIS" SWEEPSTAKES

Has anyone else gotten a prize notification and not be able to submit the online acceptance form? :scratch:

I just called them, and they took down my information and will get back to me. The problem with this prize notification is that it just says your child won one of the following prizes. The problem? WHICH CHILD? I have four. Two of them have different last names than my other two, and the form has to match the information on the entry form!! :scratch: On top of that, the rules never specified any age restrictions/limits.

Last year I entered the Burger King Happy Feet sweeps and it did not say there was an age limit. I received a winning e-mail and it said the same, your child has won and fill out their information. I knew I entered in my name, not my daughter's, but after asking about it here & someone saying it sounded like they use a "generic" type winners form, I went ahead and filled in my daughter's info. and they sent the prize in her name, no problem. I know that doesn't help you, with you having 4 children entered, but it does seem they really aren't specific enough in their rules or in their winning e-mails. :scratch:

I got the same e-mail and no matter what it said it couldnot find my entry.I wrote them an e-mail and i hope this gets cleared up.also what is their phone number in case i need to call them.thanks kandy

I got this notification and it says it cannot not find my entry... I was so excited because my daughter loves spongebob and she filled out the form herself from the happy meal. I've emailed them, but I still haven't gotten a response...

They just called me back and said that they will be sending out another email when the problem is fixed, but they are working on it right now.

Oh, and by the way, congratulations everyone. We were only told that we won one of the following prizes:

A Vacation Trip for the Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas

A Nickelodeon SpongeBob Atlantis DVD

A THQ SpongeBob Atlantis video game

Congrats whatever you won....

I entered that one a bunch, but guess we didnt get picked. I would have loved to win this A Nickelodeon SpongeBob Atlantis DVD... Kailey only has two spongebob dvds, she watched about 10-15 times, Its annoying to watch spongebob, the same episode over and over agian. That laugh he does makes me want to pull off my ears.

I also got the same email and It also said it could not find my entry thanks in advance for the phone numbers the prize is for my grand daughter. Three prizes so many winners

So I wonder if I should call them too or if they will be sending out another email to everyone? I did email them (well I hit reply and it didn't get sent back) with my info. I just have been sick and have very little of a voice.... any advice as to whether I should call or not?

Thanks so much for letting me know!!!! I mean, not only do I not want to call (cuz of my voice) I just figure they are probably already getting tons of calls, you know? I mean maybe they can get it fixed faster if they aren't getting a ton of phone calls, or maybe if they did it would get them motivated! LOL! :popcorn:

Hi to everyone else who got a "winning notification" e-mail. Appreciate the research some of you have already done. Mine couldn't be found also and with several grandchildren I can't remember which name I submitted. Let's continue to post what we find. Thanks to all SA sweepers!

I won this too - I was really bummed when it wouldn't accept my form, but it sounds as if this is the case for everybody. Do you suppose we each need to call, or that they are aware of the problem and will just send new emails?

No. They are aware of the problem and working on it right now. They will send out new emails when it's fixed. I could live with losing out on the DVD or video game, but not the chance for the grand prize. That is an awesome trip.
