Camel $50 Crush Sweeps Win

Checked my SWAG at the camel sweepstakes website and apparently I won $50 as they put the $$ in there on 7/11....I did register it and it actually gave me the code info...Now I am off to amazon to see if it will go thru...I assume this was a win on the Crush sweeps they were running??

I still have not rec'd the code for the $25 win on the 100 years IW I won earlier this week....Everything shows in my account except for the gift code and exp. date for the $25 win....

This is such a goat rope with Camel...Why on Earth don't they find another way to issue these prizes and get rid of up2u rewards??

Off to amazon now....hopefully it will go thru.........

Crossing my fingers for you!! yea I still have a win where they did not even give me an expired code!! It shows in my account that I won on the 7th of July but doesn't show the code number or the amount!!! My screenshot says it is for $25....So I feel your pain as well as everyone else's that have won on the Camel game.....Have you been to the Camel lounge and seen all the people complaining??

What a fiasco this has turned out to be.....
 
kcharlton-----I also won the $25.00 code that says it had expired. I never got to redeem it. I sent screenshots and all...no response from 6/23! But yesterday I called Camel and they said they will handle it for me, although it may take some time. The last time I called, they referred me to the UP2rewards and said they couldn't do anything. So I suggest you call again as they recently changed their position on this and they said there are numerous complaints. They said they would make a note of my call so the customer service at Camel could look into it further.
 
I know I won $100 gift card this morning and am having the same problem. I could really use this! I have sent them several emails. Did you ever get them to correct your problem for you?

FINALLY after repeated phone calls to Camel I was awarded the $25 I won last week on the Camel 100 Years IW Game...Cashed it in at Amazon and got the full $25!!! However.... On the $50 win from the Camel Crush sweeps I only got $49 out of $50...So who is scamming who here!!???

I suggest to anyone who is still having issues getting what they won to keep calling and hounding Camel and they will send out emails to UP2U (this is what Camel told me they were going to do for my account issue)...Apparently UP2U listens more to Camel than to us!! Much Luck to everyone!!!

I have won and used a few of these cards. One of them has a 4 as the first number. i know that the Visa M/C numbers start with certain numbers, but this one just plain doesn't work as a Visa or M/C. I have been trying to get up2u to reply with a real reply. They just keep sending out this email that says to read the terms. Also it takes over a week to get even the auto reply. Now the card has expired and I'm sure they will say your sol even though I have been trying for 3 months. They should change their name to FUrewards.
 
Yes I called and they said they would forward everything to Up2you...but since 6-27...still says expired code...getting exhausted trying to claim it!! Usually in the past ,I never had any problems when others were..Now I guess it's my turn!!
