I won $25 3 weeks ago and had trouble redeeming mine too. I emailed CAMEL first and they told me to email that crappy rewards place that handles their prizes. I told CAMEL what a lousy job that rewards place does. CAMEL said they would mail me some extra coupons for the trouble.
If you want to, email camel about it first and let them know how bad their rewards place is. Maybe they will can them in the future.
