I used the email they give in the win email & yes, they ARE quick & helpful!!!

I got the error as well and just 'refreshed' the page a few times and it went through fine

How are people getting the rewards? I don't see anywhere on the website to enter anything.

If you win, there is a "Congratulations" message after login.

Keep trying.

Logout, and log back in many times, and hopefully you will win soon.
