Won a virtual gift card and am having issues registering to redeem it...Ayone else that has won... are you having issues with it as well?? Why can't camel sweepstakes have games and sweeps without issues??? :cussing: Waiting for a reply back from the sponsor to see if the issue can be resolved as I only have 30 days to register my win or I lose it :cry: I called RJ Reynolds and they said everything on their end was fine and suggested I send an email to up2u Rewards........

there was a note in the posts for this contest about problems redeeming, - remember that info about DOB (enter without slashes Oct 1 1965 would be 10011965 and there might be something else but there were helpful hints in the posts/comments under the contest info. Hope that helps
 
I am having issues as well. I won a $25 and I emailed the company. They sent me an email saying sorry for the inconvenience and that they are working on the issue. That was two days ago and still no $25.
 
Congrats on your win. I called camel to verify the information matched and it didn't and camel registered the up2U for me.
 
I won a $25 gift card about a week ago. The virtual code needed to redeem it didn't load. Since these are virtual cards, not ones mailed to you this is a problem. I talked to customer service and they told me they could not help me due to the fact that a third party was running the contest. I tried emailing the company running it and they emailed me back saying they were aware of the issue and would fix this within 24-48 hours. That was 5 days ago...I'm thinking that if you win this contest, good luck on getting a prize. :cry:
 
Thank you all for the info.!! I will try the birthday field again without the dashes and see if that works..If not I will call Camel back and have them register for me!! You guys are great!!!

Thanx mgush!! I took out the dashes in the birthdate field and it went thru!! Hurray!!! Thanx so much!! :) :headbang:

Thank you soooo much been trying for three days to get this to work and that did the trick!!!!
 
I also won 2 gift cards. one for $50 and one for $25. I put my information in correctly, including my birthday. I am computer illiterate. Could someone tell me how to get back to the registration page. I will try one more time to register my cards. Thanks so much for your help. By the way congratulations on your win.
 
i had problems registering the card but then i fixed the birthday to have no dashes and it went through.
