I had trouble getting mine until I read some advice --- change the camel email you have and then create a new up2youreward account when entering your name use all caps since thats how camel has them in the system... I did all that and claimed mine :)
 
I have not been able to spend the money I won from 6/30.I have wrote up2rewards with no response and have called camel with no help from them.I have tried to change the exp. date and anything else have I could think of but have not been able to use it for anything
