can someone help me with a gift card problem?

I won a $25 GC from the Fuel Up For Free IW way back in April or May- well tried to use it like a credit card but did not work said I need a pin #. Needless to say like a dummy I threw away all info that came with it and I have no idea what to do now. I tried the toll free # on the back 3x Please leave name/#/ and question and we will call back. Nope. Tried contacting by email- will reply within 3 days.Nope. Does anyone have the # I need to register for a pin? I hate to waste $25 I want to use it for school clothes. Thanks for any help!

I had the same thing happen to me at a Wal-Mart down in Florida. They kept telling me I needed a PIN number. I kept telling them that I didn't need one, that it was just a Visa gift card.

After too much aggravation, I just paid everything in cash.

Last week, we went on vacation, and I used it towards our hotel room with no problem and no PIN number.

I just chalked it up to stupid people who just don't know what they're doing at the cash register.

You might want to try it someplace else.

The # on the instructions is 1-800-477-5965 you have to go through the # but you can speak with an operator,,Tell me what happens..

Thanks I will call the number again but 3xs they said they were helping other people and were busy ( imagine that) . They never called me back. I will call and maybe try it at a different store if I still get no reply.

After 3 more phone calls- 1st one I left a message- they were busy- 2nd one I got thru and..... we got disconnected! Third time the charm! She activated the card for me and told me to use it as a credit card. WooHoo- Oh and now I had a reply to my email too saying they need more info. HaHa! Oh well, better late than never!
