I recently received the burger timer that I won in their fall sweeps, but it doesn't work. You can hear the ticking of the minutes as it winds down, but once it hits zero the bell does not go off even though you can hear a bell inside if you turn the timer over a few times in your hand. Has this happened to anyone else? I e-mailed the sponsor so we'll see if they respond...
