They should keep you posted on everything once you send your affy back the sponsor will probably call you and work all the little details out. And then when you arrive at your destination they will probably have someone meet with you and go over your itenerary. I won a trip from Chik-fil-A and ESPN and they kept me filled in on every little detail! Hope you have a blast!
