I got an $85 gift card, dont have to use all at once at bk here, but do have to use by December 5th, taking the grandkids to bk, congratulations on your win :)
 
Before you place a huge order beware been hearing that the codes don't work and should have 16 numbers not 13. Have not seen anyone post that said it worked but lots that said codes don't work

I tried mine on Sat declined
called the number in the email
bunch a bull saying they have not been advised how it will be resolved

I explained I was in burger king and she claimed nothing could be done
 
Just came back from BurgerKing. Mine didn't work either. The assistant manager was really nice and spent 20 minutes on the phone with customer service. They're supposed to email or send something in the mail. We'll see....
 
My husband received a $20 card but I did not get anything in my email - and I won several times. Very disappointing to hear these are not being honored.
 
went to use mine. it was declined. called customer service they said theyre having problems with the cards and they will most likely be mailing out regular cards later on
 
Thanx to everyone for the info...saved me a small heartache as I was going to use my code later this week.....Will wait and see what becomes of all this....Mine only had a value of $5 anyway......
 
Hey peoples.... Like you I got an email and the amount was $80, after reading all of the comments about them being declined, I just thought I would call and inquire about the issue, he told me just to try it and call back if it does not work. I did not identify myself in any way during the call. Well I just got a correction email with a new code..... WHOA my updated amount is $300...... we shall see I guess....lol
 
Got another email with a 16 digit code. It says it's worth $300! That's alot of Burger King to eat by December. My original email was for $45.
 
to those that just got the resend email that stated your card was worth 300, if you go to the burger king website, click on gift card balance and put in your number from your email it will show you how much is on the card.
My new email stated 300 as well but my original email stated 75. I checked the balance on the site and it shows the code is worth 75 as I originally won not 300 like the new email states.
So the new codes are likely not worth 300 they are likely worth the original amount you won. The number was valid on the bk website this time though and showed a balance. I am going to go try it tommorow and see if they will put it on a plastic card for me at my local bk
