Coke edo Cash Card

I figured it must be a mistake so I emailed them (edo) a couple of days ago when the toll-free number for Coke turned out to be a waste of time (their response after waiting on hold for what seemed like forever, contact edo). They haven't gotten back to me yet. :cry:

I actually have a few wins for this particular instant coming to me yet... I hope I do not have a problem with any of them because this is looking like it's going to be quite a pain in the posterior.

I liked the other company that sent the cash cards... they put extra money on them! :laughing:
 
I received 3 more cards today. 2 of them have $25 (won $20) and 1 of them has $0. :scratch:

Now I am thoroughly confused. :error:

I have called and emailed, but I don't think that edo even knows what is going on.

Good Luck getting the money from them.I got the reloadable card and when it arrived it had $25 on it so I had 2 more to add on to the card its been 4 weeks of phone calls and emails and still the funds haven't been put on my card! When I talked to them today I was told my codes had expired! Well I printed them out as I won them and the expire date is next year! So I guess I don't get what Iwon!
 
In case anyone is having the same problem I did... an update:

I just received an email from edo. They have loaded on one of my cards 3 of the Coke wins I have been waiting for. I just checked the balance and it is now $75. :headbang:

The oldest one was from a few months ago, but better late than never. I can say that although it was a bit of a pain, the people at edo were all very courteous and tried to help the best they could.

I am now waiting on two, but they are both fairly recent wins and one other is an issue with Coke, not edo (the redemption code that they sent is not being recognized).

My best advice to anyone experiencing this same issue (and judging from the pm's I'd say that's a lot of you):

Email and call. Have both your redemption code from Coke and your card number handy. Be polite and patient... they will take care of it, but it takes some time because most of the people manning the phones aren't able to take care of it themselves. They have to pass it along up the chain until it reaches someone who can. Don't be a pest about it, though I understand the temptation... believe me!
