I guess they totalled up my winnings and emailed me an egift card for $55..It's Whopper season!
So far I've only heard of these not working, so hopefully enough of us complained that they will realize there's a big problem with those codes they sent. For those who haven't seen the email, check your spam folder. The email comes from [email protected]
I tried to use my $10 e-gift card today code was invalid. Called the 1866 number, spoke to a customer service person who told me my e-card will be re-issued by email or sent in the mail. Later today I receive another e-gift card via email "Sorry looks like things got a little upside down. See below for your updated $300 e-gift card code from the coca-cola sip and scan summer promotion." Is this for real? I am a little hesitant to try and use this at the restaurant. Who will eat $300 worth of burger king food. Anyone else with this experience?
I was just curious if anyone that won and didn't receive their BK gift card email call to inquire about it and if so who did they call. Thanks in advance.

they sent out emails with corrected codes yesterday, you can check the balances on the bk website. They aren't worth 300 like the email states though they are worth what you originally won. I wasn't able to get on here last night to put info on this thread I had put info on the other threads I had commented on just hadn't made in on to get on this one yet. I havent been to bk to use it yet(but the balance is valid I checked) my local store wouldn't put it on a plastic card they said they didn't know how. I called the number in the email and they said they can do it not in store apparently you have to email to have it taken care of I couldn't really understand the lady that I spoke with on the phone it kept cutting out so I will have to call back later to find out out how to get it done for sure
