Congrats! I received an affy for an ipod nano win in 2005 but, never for anything less. Good thing my bank does free affy's for me in case I ever need to have one done.
 
Congrats Amy! Yeah, good thing you didn't have to have it notarized - it costs about $10.00 - that would hardly make it worth it!

I won recently in the Twisted chopper crackdown as a "Grand Prize" winner, and they sent me an affy, I was all excited - I get either a t-shirt or a xbox game...I can see affy's for big stuff, but really!!!

WOWSA - it came today - LOTS of arm and hammer boxes (1 Lg, 2 med, and 2 sm) 2 air filters for the fridge, a cat collar, coupons, and a book on uses!!! :headbang:

I'm sooooooo glad I did the affy - I had arm and hammer on my shopping list because we just ran out, lmao!!! :laughing:

Oh yeah - it all came in a HUGE wicker basket - cool!!! :headbang:
