Why do you think it's a scam? They don't want any super personal info or anything. Looks legit to me.
 
I found an alternate entry listing. There could also be a facebook listing. (I don't have time to search too much in Expired Sweeps but you can search. There are many Thomas Nelson Bible giveaways listed covering a few years.

I am not sure, sometime you just get a feeling. I do not even remember entering anything like that. :)
