As a side note, if you can afford it, you may want to look into adding a couple more days at your own expense. Have made that trip from the west coast to FL. You lose one day flying out there and if they have you leaving first thing in the morning to return home, then you lose another day. It's better to know this ahead of time before they make all the arrangements. Have added days to several trips at my expense and most sponsors do not have a problem with it as long as they haven't already made the flight plans.
