Disney Win/No Win

Rec'd a winning screen of 1st place prize of the beach towel...by the time I finished doing a screen-shot of my win I went to click the accept button and the ^&%$# window timed-out on me :cry:

It is doubtful I will receive the prize...For all the good it will do I did contact them in reference to the dilema..

So...Just as a heads-up if you receive a winning screen click the accept button 1st and then go back and do a screen-shot....Otherwise you will lose out as I did......

Once you click the accept button, it immediately tells you you're prize is on the way. No time then to get a winning screen shot. Don't worry just contact them. I was so excited when I won the Gatorade I hung up before giving all of my address, but I called them & took care of the address and was able to confirm the win.
 
The only way to contact them is at the site...With just a small window that says"the message will be reviewed before being put on the message board"??? :scratch: For all the good it did, I did send a message but was not able to include the screenshot as the message area would not accept the screenshot...O well I won for a second anyway...

Yes.. but... there was an accept and a decline button and I was unable to click either one so...the win is just sitting in limbo and I have not heard anything back from them O well..Suppose someone else needs the win worse than I do...
 
Update on the win/no win situation...I contacted Communifax in regards to my dilemma...They are checking into it and will contact me back within 24 hours...They said if I hadn't heard from them for me to give a call back and mail off my screenshot...The lady I spoke with said the screen would time-out after 20 minutes...It was barely even a minute before I tried to click the accept button..I explained to her that I normally do a screenshot of my wins just for my records and it took no more than a minute to do a shot and then tried to click the accept button...Who knows how it will turn out :scratch:

I'm sure it'll work out. I've only been sweeping a few months now, but I've had to contact some sponsors already & I have to say they have been very helpful & prompt in answering my questions and getting back with me. I won the Disney notebook last night & as soon as I hit the print screen button I wondered if it would time out but I was able to save it & accept. This will be a lesson learned with some congrat pages, huh!
 
Just spoke to the rep at Communifax my Beach Towel win has now been confirmed!!! :headbang:
