DIY BLOG CABIN

I noticed a few weeks ago that the prize was $500,000 and wondered how I had missed that when I first went to the contest page. I would never enter for a house I couldn't live in, so until they made this change, I wasn't entering this one. Once I saw the cash prize, I began entering daily. It's a much better prize imo. Thanks for the article, I found it interesting, having worked in the construction industry and knowing some of the ins and outs.
 
I don't mind entering for a house with the intention of selling it; but in the current economy, it could end up impossible to sell it. Then, the winner, having to pay the taxes on it, would have a problem.
