Do Some Sweeps Really Have Blank Forms to Discourage Robo-Form Use?

Someone on here mentioned that some sweeps will add invisible fields (forms) into their entry screens in order to DQ Robo-Form entries. Does this really happen and to what extent? Only some sweeps? Most of them?

I tried pulling about 10 separate sweeps and couldn't find an example of this actually happening.
