Ebay-Sniped by a second

I did go through the BIN's on what I wanted but, they were all higher. I do have another one on my watch list now.

I need $7-$10 more in amazon to order 2 things I want to get. Anyone have any for sale??

Let me look and see if I can find any that my kids haven't used. If I can, you can have them. I know I won't have but a couple if I do have any at all ~ don't hold your breath though~ I will look tomorrow morning!!

If you find any, you don't have to just give them to me :) I will show everyone what I am ordering once I do place my order. Don't want those sniped like ebay :booty" :nono:

No really ~ I don't care, we don't usually use them anyway. I will look in a little while! I hope I do have a few for you.

Have you lost your mind?! YOu don't use Amazon GC's very often? :nono: Just kidding, I am a amazon junky, I use amazon to do most of my gift shopping for different times of the year with my GC's. I even pick up household items sometimes. Once I got a stainless steel crock pot for $25 or something like that and recently I bought a set of 3 mixing bowls on sale for $9.99 which I LOVE. I have never owned a set of real mixing bowls and these are really nice and thick.

I always hit the outlet first.

Thank you :)

Don't kill me ~ I thought you were talking about the Pizza Hut book it coupons  Yeah, I use my Amazon all the time ~ I am a Amazon, ebay junkie!! I love that stuff also!!

*Pulls out my sweeping sword*

Now, why would I do that? I gave up on trying to win those book it coupons *shrugs

:fired: Now now ~ we use taser guns around here ~ less mess and gore :crazytongue:

What else are you looking for? I found some really cute stuff at Target for my girls Christmas stockings, but of course, that is physical, not online. I don't know if you could get any of it online or not. They have the cutest stuff in the dollar bins when you walk-in ~ Hello Kitty stuff for girls and Curious George for boys. Of course that is smaller boys. They also had some pretty good smelling body butter and lotion for older girls and some cute stuff for smaller kids. I LOVE Target. They are having another free shipping deal also!

Not sure who you're shopping for Miki, but they have Barbie Island Princess Rosella for $5 and Spiderman web thrower and spiderman dart thrower for $3.99 on amazon today. I just finished putting together another order. I'm such an amazon junkie. I didnt look through too much girl things because my girl is DONE.. I keep telling myself that anyway.. lol. My boys are done too but was looking for some smaller items for them because they got bigger things. There's other little things but they're more babyish, but if you look around, lots of good deals and then even more not so good deals.. lol

The only thing with Amazon is that you really have to be up on your prices. When Amazon posts the original price of a product, it is well over-valued than regular retail price for the most part. You can find deals, but you have to look around and be aware the mark-up price they claim the item was.

Christmas time is not a good time to be shopping Amazon for the most part. Even their outlet is high in price. Things I bought in the summertime have doubled and tripled in price and are still on the outlet list. They're not "deals" anymore. That being said, there are still great deals to find on Amazon this time of year. Their toy and home and garden outlet isn't really where you want to be shopping though.

It is also know for changing prices instantaneously up or down. I'm very careful when I shop on Amazon.

Yep, they do tend to do that. If you find something ridiculously low, put it in your cart immediately, even if you're undecided at the moment. If it goes down, you can go into your cart and delete it and put the new lower price in. If it goes up, you have it in your cart for the cheaper price. I've heard of people having price go up in their cart, but it's never happened to me personally.

I have been lucky, I did purchase a couple toys for less than $10 and they are now over $20. So glad I ordered them when I did. Make sure you ask for the difference as soon as you see the prices change if you ordered from them. I just got a $3.50 refund a few days ago.

I am shopping for both my kids and there is 2 things in my shopping cart for me to order when I have enough in my account. I am kinda hoping the one item goes down in price some though, it's $24.99 and says on sale but, I have seen the same ones in walmart for $29 so it's not too much of a sale.

I don't have a target here, I miss target! In California, I shopped at Target all the time. I might do some more searching around amazon to see if anything else catches my eyes. These items would be a decent sized box and I was thinking of having it come from Santa. We will see though, maybe I will find something else that is good. My son's gift in the cart is only $12.99 and regular $30 so I am keeping that in there for now.

Our nearest Target is an hour away so I don't get to go often. That is why I did my shopping online. I got a lot of great deals, and free shipping. I love having things come right to my house! Can't beat that, especially with gas prices!

That is so true, I think my UPS and USPS man hates, me. I just don't see why they would? :crazytongue:

Remember that whole $10 referral thing redcats did awhile back? They were so sick of delivering packages to me, lol.

What is redcats??? and what did I miss

It was amazing, I got some new items and a few clothing items for myself without feeling guilty! I gave a lot away though since the sizing on there is way off and then I have a few things put up that I can give for gifts. I think I referred like 5 people and each site gave you $10 for each person you referred. Well, I received about 1/2 of the referrals and shopped my heart out.

I think I am going to go ahead and use the $100 smartbargains.com GC I won the other night that I put in the trade section. I desperately need a new, decent set of cookware and they have some on clearance for $70. I can see what else there is to add to the cart for a gift and pay the balance with paypal since they accept it. I figure, I will get free shipping although I have to pay $6 extra for the cookware so I will have around $24 and if I can find something for say $30, it won't be much extra to pay on.

I did finally get me something on ebay tonight! I won the Persuit of happiness with Will Smith for $2 plus shipping. That was such a good movie, my husband hasn't seen it yet. We were talking about it because, he wants to see the new movie coming out "I am legend" when it's on DVD. We live too far from theaters so watch everything on DVD.
