Email saying I won from FritoLay $30 NFL.com....but it doesn't work?

Has anyone else had this problem. When I go to the website and enter the claim code, I get to a
page that says write down this prize code: and pin: before closing the window.

However, there are no codes or pins listed???

I had the same problem with the site, how do get get the code to work?

I saw somewhere else that said to use the code they emailed you at checkout. I haven't tried that yet.

I seen on another site that you should call 1-800-352-4477 and they will take your information and get back to you.I think it is consumer relations for fritolay.

I did receive an email after I emailed them and they said they had a computer problem and
will be mailing me the codes before Sept 23rd.

Had that before on a former sweep and someone said the last three digits are the pin number....might help
