I won a coupon for a Suave Professional product a while back, in that contest where you had to guess which model used which product. I got it today, but the envelope was not sealed and it was empty. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm going to try and email them and see if they'll replace it.
 
Bummer! Our post office does mess things up a lot, but so far nothing empty! I hope they replace it for you. Please keep us posted!
 
I received a completely unsealed envelope the other day from another contest, but luckily nothing had fallen out.
 
I just emailed them, so we'll see what happens--I'll let you know! It wasn't the fault of the post office, really, because I think it just wasn't sealed right in the first place. It wasn't torn.
 
I had this happen to me awhile back. My package was torn open and my dove bodywash was missing. I contacted the company that mailed out the prizes and they said sorry but they were not responsible for replacing it. Oh well! I filled out a report at the post office and nothing came up.
 
Last year, I got a letter that I won a $50 gift card to Roundy's grocery store, but there was no GC. I contacted both the sponsor and the fulfillment company, and neither one did anything about it. Hope you have better luck.
 
:wave: I had it happen where I won a 100 dollar bathrobe from redbook. it was a spa model terrycloth (luxury) one etc. I was so thrilled i won it. it said it would take six months for delivery (I thought it was six weeks but thought WOW maybe a misprint it wasn't). I didn't know when I won it but I would be moving six months later. When I moved I put the change of address form with the post office and I emailed them three times with my new address never heard back. I guess it was ups that delivered it instead but I never got it. The funny part is... I work for a thirft store at our church. There was a brand new robe from the chicago embassay suits that someone had purchased and donated so I walked away with that one. I like mine better. If you're meant to have it it will find of way of showing up!
 
Sorry to hear, I received mine today in the mail as well. It was not opened but I noticed the coupon was backwards and stuck to the card pretty good. You might want to double check to see if it is just stuck a little too well to the card. Double check to be safe. Just a thought. I almost thought mine was empty too.
