Energizer Grand Prize Winner!! :)

Today I came home to find a box under my carport from Energizer. It said I was the Grand prize winner in their promotion. I received a back pack filled with an emergency response kit. Flashlight, weather radio, first aid kit, batteries and much more. It was a nice surprise. Just wanted to share!

Here on the Island we have our Utility Company called O.P.A.L.CO. ( which really means Orcas Power and Light Co.) BUT it is known to all of us as the: "Occasional Power and Light Company"!!!

We lose our power an AVERAGE of 12-15 times a year! Sometimes for a week at a time~!!! EEK!!!

(We are on an Island in the middle of the ocean... but..) We laugh when New York grinds to a halt with 60 mph winds and loses power ... wimps!

SO I WOULD DIE FOR THAT NEAT WIN!
