Entering in the PM

For the past 7 years, I've been entering at all times of the day & night & noticed if I entered late {after 9 pm PST so it's a new day for sweeps on EST} I seemed to hit more often.
I think I figured it out - with hubby's rotating shift, I've entered at all different times of day and night. I've had fabulous runs of hitting instants, but since I never enter at the same time each day, it was less a time thing, and more of a timing thing.
Most IW's will say:
"...random, pre-determined computer generated winning times seeded over the course of the Promotion Period. If your Game Play is the first one received on or just after one of those pre-determined times..."
well, less players late/early in the am means higher odds you'll be in the right place at the right time - but only if that is the generated winning time - so it all comes back to timing :laughing:
If it works for you {entering after 6pm} go with it :headbang:

I agree with this! It is not that they schedule more winners later in the day, it is less players later in the day, making your odds better IF the winning time is scheduled then. Sweeps wouldn't (if they are legit) schedule the winning times to favor one time of day over another. So, do what you can when you can and good luck!!

I don't see any difference no matter what time of the day I have entered. For the most part, I enter during regular daytime hours and hit a lot on the instant sweepstakes. Since we have moved a couple of months ago, I was doing a good chunk of them late at night and wasn't even hitting as much as I have during the day.
You can also say that most people are at work during the day, so there are less people sweeping during the day also. Sweepers that work enter their sweeps at night into the wee hours. Then, there are people who work odd shifts entering at odd hours.

Plus I think it's just a tad of believing a time frame works :crazytongue:
