I patiently waited for my cookbook for 6 months and then replied and got an email back that they were working on it. Twice more I wrote and asked if I was ever gonna get my cookbook. So I wrote to Kikkoman and FINALLY I may just get my prize. I got the winning notice back in October last year. WOW!! Maybe they werent' finished publishing it yet. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow....thats crazy! I won that same cookbook...and got it in a timely manner! Since sweeping July 2014 to date, I received every prize I won....and waiting for some more to come! Glad you finally got it!

That is unusual as far as prize fulfillment goes, but it does happen. It sounds like Kikoman really dropped the ball on this or perhaps their promotional company did.

Hopefully you kept the winning notice. Then I'd copy and paste it into an email to the sponsor and NOT the prize fulfillment company. That's what I did with Kikkoman. Oooops this was to be a reply to another member who said she didn't receive a prize.
