I received a fed-ex package today was my affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/ prize acceptance forms i won Third Prize: (10 winner) Sony LED Digital TV, Sony Bluetooth micro hi-fi shelf system and Logitech wireless headphones. (ARV: $3,309.97) I couldn't find the link to post it here
