I was playing the "ford sweepstakes Drives U to the "REEL" World" and I got a winning screen "Congratulations you have won a trip to hollywood..." I was really excited for my daughter. When I received the email it said "You have won a $25 Fandango Gift Card from Ford Motor Company!" Has this ever happened to anyone else before?

Although I don't see a trip to Hollywood in the rules there are 10 first prizes of trip for two (2) persons to attend the 2008 World Premier Movie in Los Angeles, CA.

You can always call and they should be able to tell you if a trip was awarded when your daughter entered.

Is the trip an instant prize or a drawing? That will determine if it was won or not. Sorry about the let down but, congrats on the GC. I would contact them and let them know what happened.
 
Contact the sponsor. My son won the trip and the email we got was for the trip. He has already returned the release but the 10/31 date is not yet confirmed. Good Luck!

I had a game tell me congrats you are a winner when I was not. It is very disappointing, but the sponsor there, Kraft, gave me some coupons for free products and were very nice about it. good luck straighting it out, allot of times they try to make it right. :sunny:
