I was never concerned with calories and cholesterol. Everyone reacts differently to different things, and too much of a good thing and not enough of a bad thing can have detrimental health effects too on some people.
Did you know there was a doctor in the '30's that was all into the study of nutrition and health that claimed if you ate nothing but vegetables you would have a long life. Well, he ate nothing but vegetables and died of hardening of the arteries at the age of 45! :crazytongue:
There have been so many changes in what's good for you and what's bad for you through the years, I don't even listen to it anymore. They can never seem to fully figure it out!
