won a $15 Master card they send it an email for you to print, none of the stores will take a printed prepaid card, and everytime i try to use it online its declined, contacted TPI and they said the card was good i must be doing something wrong! So a win but not really use i cant use it
 
Hopefully it works out for you. Maybe try calling the number on the back of the card?
 
I had one of these before. $100 dollar . no problems with it. I purchased a gift card for the exact amount with it, so I would have a real card.
 
I put egiftcards on my Amazon account to use them or buy a Walmart card online. my experiences has been that you can't use an egiftcard instore unless it is a Walmart egiftcard which has always been a real pain for me to use so i just transfer the amounts to a regular card.

Did you activate the card at the link they gave you? I use mine online like others for Amazon or WalMart so I've never tried to use it at a physical store. Only help I have to offer. My son had no problems with his $15 card. Good luck!
 
I was able to use mine at a regular physical walmart store. Mine was for $10.00. I just dug out a copy of mine and it has instructions on it- tells the cashier to select Mastercard, enter 16 digit acct number along with security code... Good luck. Congratulations on your win!
 
order a walmart gc or put it on amazon. Try typing in instead of cut and paste I have had that issue before
