First Prizes: Seventeen (17) First Prize Winners will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Super Bowl XLIX currently scheduled to take place in Glendale, Arizona on 2/1/15. The trip includes roundtrip economy class airfare for two (2) to Phoenix, Arizona from major airport nearest winner's residence, three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy), two (2) tickets to Super Bowl XLIX, group transportation to and from the stadium and one (1) $500 prepaid gift card. First Prize winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary.

Congratulations! I won a trip to the Superbowl last year through GMC but to NYC / NJ cold brrrrrr. We had a blast. You should have great weather. I am really excited for you.
