Got my palm read today..

I know. I'm a dork. LOL but I wanted to do it at least once in my lifetime.

So heres what happen. She told me to make a wish. Then tell her my name, and birthdate.

So i did. Then she told me I will live a long life. That I have a person I loved that really hurt me in the past, and I hated them, but now I don't hate them anymore, because I have always cared about them. I have a man that really loves me, and I doubt his love sometimes, but I shouldn't, and that we will be married for a long time. She said, I will come into some money soon, Not that much money, but not that little either.

Hmmm.
So I guess that did kind of make sense. I had someone really hurt me in the past that I really trusted and cared about.
My husband and I have been married for 6 years.
And after the womens show, my mom gave me $20. And then I had a lottery scratch off, that I got free at the show. I won $20 off of it. So $40.

lol its kind of silly, but I've just always wanted to do it at least once. Anyone else ever get thier palm read or anything?
 
I have been to a couple of psychics over the years. There was only one that was close to being right about stuff. Some just try to suck you into spending more money with prayer candles and other nonsense. My sister has gone many times and her readings always seem to be right on. I guess some people are just easier to read to than others.

glad you enjoyed yourself tiff.. I want to see a psychic.. just once say, ya know what.. start getting things in order you have a week to live. :laughing:

or no one really likes you and you are terrible person.. In fact get out of my house. They aren't going to do that though. They talk in vague generalities. But thats ok. Its kind of fun to see if they can guess some stuff about you. I havent been to a palm reader but I did go to a tarot reader.. yep, long life, happy, long marriage.. blah, blah... :laughing:

oh congrats on the scratch off money tiff.
 
There is a series on now called The Mentalist, about a guy who used to do psychic stuff and now uses his skills to solve crimes. In the course of the show they sometimes discuss the methods that psychics use to "read" people. Kind of interesting.
 
Sounds like you got a laugh out of it and had fun.

When I was in high school one of my teachers was into voodoo. Yep I am from south Louisiana :laughing: Well she also did palm readings at a little school fair we had. I think she was right about one thing. I would marry a guy with the innitials JW. I did
