They said they've gone through several alternates but I can't take a week off at my new job. I"m technically "temp to hire". :cry:

I am so sorry you had to turn it down. I entered to win the bike so I hope I am not called for the trip and they find someone who can go.
 
ohh annika sorry u had to turn down... i won one of those bikes, so I don't think they'll be calling me... think that was a 1 prize per household or something....
 
Oh my gosh that's my biggest fear.. winning something and then having to turn it down :cry: bless your heart!!!! Hope they send you the bike!
 
I'm going to call and leave a message (they left a message on my voicemail) and ask if I could just get the bike. I understand if they cant and totally respect it but I just have to try because my BF would be so ecstatic for a new bmx bike.
 
:sunny: Congrats on the win! Sorry you won't be going. I remember when that was first posted and I thought at the time that it was odd that it was only for 1 person.
