Hey I won too but was confused for i saw your win notice - congrats to you as well - but just going thru my email and I got notice - was confusing thou - and I cant open the form - i sent them an email back - it says click here and nothing happens and i did try to open with link - no luck - Im so glad we dont have to run through the store!!!!

Congrats !! Two winners for the $1500 prize. No, the link did not work, but they sent me a PDF of the form and I filled out, scanned and sent back (He said email would be fine). So cool that two SA members won this !!

You do have to write to them to let them know the link doesn't work !! Then they will send you the attachment for the legal paperwork. Congrats again !

Yes i did twice - today and on friday - didnt get to email till later so missed them in the office -
