I was the daily winner of a laptop on the Picture Perfect Sweeps with Southwest and Microsoft last month. I received the laptop last week and went to set it up. Unfortunately, the screen did not work. I called Sony and was able to schedule a warranty appointment with them. They told me that the model came out last January so they knew it was still under warranty but to contact the administrators and see about getting a copy of the receipt or the place it was bought to get the full warranty. I contacted the company and let them know what was going on. They actually decided to have me send them back the non-working computer and they are going to send a replacement right to me!
