I received an email stating I won a prize for the Hallmark Channel Very Merry Christmas sweeps. They sent me a lot of paperwork to fill out: affadavit, background check and a W9 form to be faxed back to them. Not sure what I won since the lowest value of one of the prizes is 12.99 and the highest is a new car. And lots of others in between. Will let you know when I find out!

I checked the Official Rules, and it looks like only the Grand Prize winner has to fill out an affidavit.

Saw a winner post on FreebieMom the other day the top of her email said something like D7. She had to fill out all the same things you did she was the winner for Day 7 . Congrats on your win. Let us know

Wow! It sounds like you've won something BIG! Typically, they wouldn't have you fill out all that for a little prize. I hope you won the car/van! Congrats!
