Help, can't find this sweep

My helpful hubby entered Chevrolet Theatre sweepstakes, and we received our very first AFFy. I'm excited as always....but I went through all our expired sweeps, and could not find this one. If anyone can remember this one please fill me in. As always thanks so much to SA, and all of you...
