Horror movies anyone?

I honestly don't like the horror movies of today. Everything is just shock-value now. Old horror movies had mystery and left something to the imagination!

Usually when a movie is released to theatres it is also released on DVD. Not always but most of the time. Here in Ohio at least. However, with that being said, my city and even some bigger surrounding cities will most likely NOT release it to theatres. They're funny like that. But I would bet the house that Blockbuster will have it on April 15th. You excited too, Champagne? :laughing:

And who doesn't love Ash? :laughing:
 
Oh my gawd I saw the Exorcist in the theatre when it first came out and I am tellin yall when I went to bed that night I saw red eyes in my room and I am not making it up. I will not watch that movie again.

Ouija boards are crazy. :crazytongue: I got so freaked out as a kid playing with one of those my grandfather had to burn the stupid thing. I couldnt sleep without the bible right by my bed. :laughing: now, I was a kid and ya know things arent always what they seem but even now I wouldnt touch one of things or have it in my house.
 
I wish you could see her head spinning and the green stuff coming out of her mouth...priceless!!!

I am going through and looking at some of their other cakes...I don't know if I could eat some of them!

I love those movies and even though I know what's coming (I own Ring 1&2 and Grudge 1&2) the suspense still gets you everytime.

I don't care for the exorcist (Sorry ladies!) and I couldn't stand Exorcism of Emily Rose.

I have to agree with the older corny movies like Dawn of the dead, night of the living dead, etc. I love them even though they don't scare me. I am 30 btw.

Brrrraaaaaaaaaiiiiins, braiiinnnns, I smell brainssss....I want to eat your brains!!!!! Sorry all, lol.
 
My two nephews are both 12... they LOVE horror movies. My sister doens't let them watch them but you know kids :nono:

She let them see Van Helsen.. bored tehm to tears. Vandetta was ok.

Then she rented Psycho. They have RAVED over it without end, now both have been getting into Alfred Hitchcock. As her one son says "He's smart AND scary"

My 11 year old is a horror movie freak too and it breaks my heart to not let him watch most of them(reason being the sex). I usually rent them and hubby and I will watch it first to make sure all is safe.

His best friend is 10 and we just found out best friend has the Friday the 13th collection that they stayed up all night watching a couple nights back. I'm a little pissed and boggled. Pissed because those movies are full of sex and boggled as to why best friend's mom and dad thought it OK to buy the entire collection for their 10 year old AND let MY son watch them, knowing we wouldn't approve.

Our son said he fast-forwarded through all of the sexy parts. I'm choosing to believe him :laughing:

completelyme was wanting to know something about the commerical on uTube...I haven't watched it, but they changed their post as I was posting ~ lol!!
