Top 10 Most Disturbing Movies of All Time

I've been looking for a few of these :headbang:

Bunny-currently googling and trying to remember the name of one that I watched last year. It's about a man who lives in the backwoods of Oz who kidnaps women, forcing them to do horrible things to their own body in order to survive. Based on a true story too. I'll let ya know when I find it or remember the name of it

I love a clockwork orange. its one of my all time favs. great movie. Henry portrait of a serial killer is actually really good too. Irreversible I didnt care for. The rape scene in it seems like it goes on and on and on. Its awful. She is screaming and screaming its just... not a movie I would watch again.

Ohhh, that sounds like a good one. Please let me know if you remember the name. Have you seen Scrapbook? I think that's the name of the movie. About a guy who kidnaps women and rapes and tortures them. The scenes of rape are quite graphic, so if that offends anyone, don't watch.

I will definitely be looking for some of these. Oh my Gosh, I Spit on You're Grave, a classic! I saw that one years ago, but haven't been able to find it again. Audition is the one I was talking about that involves a wire.....zzzz...zzzz....zzzz. Gives me the heebie geebies just thinking about it. I heard Ichi the Killer is brutal, but haven't watched it yet.

Trace, I've been looking for Irreversible. Where did you find it? I'd prefer to rent it first if I can.

"Broken" is the movie I was talking about, peeps. Here's a trailer

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7XOExI-RRoI&feature=related

Sickenly and psychologically disturbing. Definately makes you put yourself in the victim's shoes. I actually had to turn my head on a couple parts. It seemed too painful to fathom.

I saw it on cable long time ago. don't remember which channel. good luck finding it. I doubt to many video stores will carry it. you could maybe buy it from ebay or something. probably wouldn't cost that much. Seriously though I wouldn't. There are tons of movies with rape scenes in them but this one is by far the worse I have ever seen in my life.

The scene is so graphic and so long that people were literally walking out of the theater because of it.

You guys must have some strong stomachs cause I'm getin nauseus just reading about some of these.

I did like the mist and I like some good horror but the gore stuff is hard to handle. I'm a wus.

Reading about how much "fun" Belluchi and Prestia had working on that scene kind of runined the whole thing for me as a "rape". I kept seeing them as two actors, not the characters. Plus did you notice Cassel keeps popping up at the end of the tunnel-you can just hear him going "dude, you're squishing my wife-how long are you two gonna keep this up?" or "geeze, I'm glad she does not make that noise at home!"
But I'd watch Cassel eat dirt-and this movie was pretty close to that.

I dont know if you could call it a horror movie. I think its supposed to be but its just so... funny. omg! I love stupid movies. I'm watching
The Machine Girl.. It's . I'm not sure how to describe it. Its one of those movies that most people would shut off in the first five minutes but for me its like a train wreck. I cant look away. I'm loving it. It is dubbed in English which sucks. The subtitles would make it so much better I'm sure.

I dont know if I will be able to find it to buy but If I can im going to. Its got me lmao!. darkislandcs if you are reading this you have got to check this movie out.
Hey! That's me! :crazytongue:

I'll see if I can find it. I don't take your recommendations lightly you know.

As for my tastes in horror I'd have to say that the things that pass for 'horror' these days just don't do it for me. I like a good monster movie. Werewolves in particular. Good werewolf movies are hard to come by though. I've found a new love for John Carpenters version of The Thing recently. There's some good stuff coming out of Korea these days also. I really like one called The Host. It was well paced, had a good looking monster that didn't hide in the shadows and wasn't brainless, had some good laughs and likeable characters. I think I'd rather see a well put together movie that entertains me and wasn't really horrific than a badly produced shockfest. Things that I find truly horrifying are psychological torture, paranormal stuff....Miley Cyrus. Old movies like The Entity or the original Amityville Horror. Those are the things that kept me up for days, afraid to close my eyes.

I love the thing. And the host omg! that scene where they are at the viewing or whatever you call it of the people who died and they are rolling around on the floor acting like crazy people cracks me up. The older guy cant even keep a straight face while doing it. I didnt care for the end though. And I cant watch amityville :nono: That get out! voice just scares the crap outta me.

Ok, I just finished watching Broken. It was good, but I hated the ending. Oh, and the Screamer, I was ready to kill her myself to get her to shut up! :booty"

Thanks for the link to the most disturbing movies. I was looking for I spit on your grave, but they didn't have it. Thanks to that link, I found it under another name, Day of the Woman. Gonna watch it now for old times sake...hehehehe.

Its not technically a horror movie, but has anyone seen Supermasochist?

Never heard of it. What's it about? My movie wasn't available, so I'm watching something called Salo, or the 120 days of Sodom, which is one of the most twisted, sick movies I have ever seen. I can't decide if it's a horror, or an X rated.

Supermasochist is a documentary about the life of Bob Flanagan-the guy actually dies on screen, then his GF cuts the letters SM into his corpse.

I was interested in this movie because Bob had cystic fibrosis, and survived far longer than most people with this disease. Apparently having the crap beaten out of you and driving nails through your ya-yas is good for CF?
