I tried this number 18005534529....it was no help. My affidavit has to be in bt tomorrow and i think there was a probem with it. I am in a pan I c as i do not want to loose my prize.
try going to Home - YA and use the contact us link. It has the phone number you already tried but it also has a place for email contact. Good luck click the link since the post turned the actual email address into the Home - YA thingy.
Thanks for your help! I got a message back from the sweeps administrator and i did not have my SS number in the right format (xxx-xxx-xxx) once i fixed that i was able to submit it! I am so excited this prize is valued at $8650.00! My first big win!!

Worried about the affidavit, completed everything but after signing it there was supposed to be a finish but i was supposed to click but don't remember seeing it. It was from young america....anyone know how to contact them so i can check and make sure it was received. Has to be submitted by 12/17!
