How do I enter text message contests without cell phone?

I am currently trying to win concert tickets and I have to text the code words to 41027 every hour. Most free sms text sites require a provider and 10 digit phone number. I did find one site, but unsure if it worked. Can anyone help me. Can it be done for free online?
 
Google voice provides a free number that can accept and send sms messages. it doesn't work with sweeps that ask for your provider though becasue google voice isn't an option from what i've seen
