How much do you spend on gas each month?

I spend about $15-$20 a month on gas cuz I drive a gas sippn' Yaris and walk and take the bus a lot. Economy, always. :laughing:

What are you spending?
 
We have a Range Rover and a VW Corrado so we spend about $300-$400 a month on gas. Outrageous, I know! We live 35 minutes away from the city in which hubby works and 10 miles from the nearest grocery store or restaurant.

Something's gotta give, honestly. We're seriously contemplating trading in the Range Rover for another VW. I hate to do that because hubby has always wanted a Range Rover so I am definately not pushing the issue. With Summer approaching, we have to start making some decisions and fast!

Don't you just love that Yaris? We do and right now we are getting 40 mpg. Also DH rides a motorcycle to work so we save there. We spend about $100 but that's because we live in Houston and his work is about 45 Min. away.
 
We live in the country and dh has to drive to town for work everyday so we are spending close to $400 a month in gas and it hurts. We don't have a choice though. :cussing:
 
around 350.. :nono: between that and the cost of groceries feeding a family of five my poor husband has to take overtime whenever its offered. :cry:

I know what you mean. Mine has been working Saturdays whenever possible so I'll load the kids up and we'll take him lunch. It's a damn shame when a family has to start choosing between the neediest of necessities.
 
Jimmie has worked over 3 times this week. He has to drive an hour one way to get to work and it is parkway so we are talking alot of driving...I am staying home as much as possible. We are gettting ready to cut back on our insurances, we just really don't have a choice ~ we are going to have to start cutting corners somewhere.

We were wanting to take a vacation this year, but it isn't looking likely :cry:
 
we moved closer to hubbys work to save gas but that isnot working out very well as my youngest has to drive 45 each way to go to college from the town we just moved from 5 days aweek!we spend between $250 and 300 a month.
 
I telecommute from home, so I spend less then $50 per month on gas. In fact, I bought a new car almost a year ago, and I only have 5500 miles on it!
