How to email back an affidavit attachment

My granddaughter received a congratulatory email meesage from Simmons. there was an affidavit attachment and a request to sign and return it. She is not sure how to do that. I know how to reply to an email, but I'm not sure how to do the attachment. Please help! Thank you.

:sunny: I just had one like that. I opened the attachment, printed it, signed it, scanned it then attached to the email.

I also have had those before, I donot have a scanner so I just printed it, and then signed it and mailed it in the regular mail. I did contact the sponsor first and made sure that was acceptable, but most sponsors will work with you to get the paper work done, my guess is they don't like it any more then we do, :laughing:

I've had many sweepstakes notifications with the affidavit attached to the email. However, none to date have ever requested that it be emailed back. We either fax it back, send it back by certified mail, or Fedex it back--depending on what the prize is.
