I think this may have come down prematurely for technical reasons. This is why you cannot find it in expired.

I did a Google search and found that it was a sweeps on Hunter Fan's facebook page. Here is a link to that page with the sweeps info, and from there you can click on "Official Rules" and the rules will pop up.
