I hate the news media

The other day the story was ~ missing college student~ today its - Body found in search for Internet porn star.

She is dead I dont see the reason to make such a big deal about what she was doing. just like if a prostitute is murdered whats the headline? prostitute murdered. you dont see a headline like " construction worker murdered".. They only feel the need to put in the negative stuff about someone. I dont think its right.

from the report~ But Police Chief Tom Boren insisted Thursday that Sander's Internet activity had no connection to her disappearance.

so why bring it up.
 
We haven't watched the news in years. It's mostly garbage! We're sick of all the garbage and propaganda, so we choose not to watch anymore. It's so less stressful too. If you don't watch, you don't have to get yourself worked up over any of it. Your right about having to add in information that's not detrimental to the circumstances. It's all for sensationalizing/entertainment and ratings. It's sick how far they'll go.
 
And people wonder why I try and avoid the news usually? Here is a perfect example. Besides I can get all the news online, and filter out what I don't need to hear.
 
:wave: Everything is about the $$$, big headlines mean more money, or recognition for the
reporter. It is a shame what happened to that girl, and they exploit the story for their own gain..
