First I lost out on the tshirt and a few minutes ago I received an email that I was a winner of the Ice Cream shop. The value was 25.00 but I loved what it was. The email said I had to fill out my paperwork by tomorrow or forfeit. I checked and re-rechecked my email and spam email for a attachment from Promosuite to fill out but there is not one there. I swear, I am wondering what I did bad to the universe!

Don’t feel bad, I lost out on a kayak from Grizzly cause I didn’t fill out the affidavit in time.

I got an email about the win also and it said to look for a second email which I got right after. They ask for your signature which my computer allowed me to do. The prize is actually valued at 100 dollars so I don't know why they asked for my soc. sec # Congrats!
