I had won their contest earlier this year, but have not received the prize yet. Found this in my Spam folder this morning. I got one of those, too...and already ordered from Fanatics....thought that was just so nice of them I emailed them and told them so.

lol, anyone that has dealt with Fanatics knows how terrible their service can be. I had a handful of orders with them over the last few months using GC I had won and 4 or the 5 orders they messed up on something in some way. Like the first order, I had 10 items...they waited a week then cancelled half my order! Then since it was a gift code they couldn't just "refund" me so I had to wait another couple weeks to get them to give me my credit back. Lots of other problems with the other orders too like broken or "dead on arrival" items, missing parts and such. I think I ended up with an extra $100 in store credit from them because the kept doing the "sorry for the mess up here is $15 credit" lol. So not surprised at all that they messed up this big order for Great Southern Bank. Not sure if the extra $25 is a blessing or a curse for us though hahah . Big props to Great Southern Bank though for keeping us updated and trying to do something to remedy if even if it isn't their fault really.
