I actually got really lucky on this one. When the administrators contacted me by e-mail, it went to my spam folder. They contacted me a second time with a 24 hour deadline but I didn't even get that e-mail until the deadline had passed. I replied to it anyway and was very fortunate to still have won. They could easily have given the prize to an alternate.
