Has anyone ever won one of these or know someone who has won? I enter a bunch of them every day but never see a winner posting they won.

Has anyone ever won one of these or know someone who has won? I enter a bunch of them every day but never see a winner posting they won.
I received a call from them saying I won $1,000. The number they called from confirmed it was actually them. The guy on the phone said I would receive an e-mail verifying a tracking number for the shipment. 3 weeks later nothing. I called them back and they have no clue what I was talking about.
