My winner's circle is an empty box...it was there yesterday.Is this something with my computer or are others seeing this,too? If it's me..any ideas what to download to fix? I already refreshed Java..thinking that was problem, but no luck.Thanks anyone!
 
When I went t the SA site this am it logged me on as Lawrence Walker - don't know who that is - has not happened before
 
Winners circle is blank for me also, but I'm logged in as me. My comp. updated 3 days ago but everything was normal until last night. I've run AV scans, cleared cache and all the typical stuff so if everyone else is seeing it too it must be an SA issue.
 
Yup! My log in gets someone else also.

The New sweeps load ok, but my sweeps belong to someone else.

By now you have probably read Ken's "Firewall Upgrade" post in Announcements:

I checked the Winner's Circle and it looks normal now. Also checked My Sweeps and they are mine. If things are still not okay for you, please submit a ticket. TY.
 
I'm having the same problem. When i log in it acts all crazy, my account seems to be crossed up with a guy named 'Evan Schukman' A bunch my saved sweeps go missing, and several sweepstakes that i do not enter are showing up in the 'my sweepstakes' tab.
 
I've been mixed up with a gal and 2 guys. I got it corrected this AM & then it was back this afternoon. I Just finished clearing cookies etc on Firefox and also on IE - I'd get one corrected the log in on the other would be wrong. I just restarted & it looks like it's been resolved. We'll see what happens when I log in later today.
 
Ken posted again in Announcements. I copied the post here in case people haven't seen it:

Sorry for any trouble some others may be experiencing. The firewall has to be tuned to work with our website. We have been doing this continually while reports come in.
